Very pleased with Jesse's appraisal. His walkthrough was very thorough, asked great questions, and his number was right where I expected it to be. He spent about 2x the time walking around evaluating than the two other appraisals I used, indicating to me he was doing a very thorough and proper job understanding the nuances of my older 1800's home. He even followed up with 6 years of market info/studies to help me run some other numbers, which he certainly did not have to do. His thorough report came back in less than a week when others were telling me 7-10 business days. Highly recommended!

I recently engaged Jesse to help determine the fair market value of my home in Cedarburg. I found him to be very professional and extremely responsive throughout the process. Even though I had told Jesse that my project wasn't urgent, I had a 40+ page professional appraisal report completed within a week of contacting him.
