        Very poor customer service. Have used them in the past and they were great. I was a customer who walked in knowing exactly what I wanted but received a very poor sales experience from a woman who emerged from an office and apparently was not trained in sales. She did not know the product, did not offer options, was very unfriendly and did not seem to want our business. Cannot recommend.

        We used Wittenberg for our remodel installing both carpet and hardwood flooring. Across the board working with Wittenberg has been a great experience. We worked with Annie, who was so patient and helpful while we looked for flooring to match our existing woodwork. Never did we feel pressured or ignored. Quite the opposite, Annie searched for a month to find a vendor that could match what we had. Their installation team was professional and thorough. Final results are amazing. Were very happy we went with Wittenberg and will be definitely be using them for future projects. Services: Wood floor installation, Carpet installation, Stair flooring

        I have had outstanding experiences with Wittenburg from selection to installation. Ann was excellent, knowledgeable and patient in selection of carpeting. Tanner is a delight to work with and accommodating with scheduling. Selecting a good carpet is important but, installation makes all the difference in a quality experience. Wittenburg installed numerous rooms and did a stunning job on a turning staircase, Chicago style with a pattern. BEAUTIFUL! Service: Carpet installation

      Dear Robert,I am sorry to hear about your experience. I know you came in with a specific style that you were looking for. Unfortunately we don't carry every carpet sample that is available from our buying group. You presented us with a style we didn't carry, therefore my sales team was not familiar with the style. She then proceed to look that style up for you. Upon telling you that we don't carry that style you were looking for, you immediately left before we had the chance to recommend any other option or even gave us the chance to look into getting that exact style for you.
