Pricing was within industry standard. For me, I trusted Eric the technician. He communicated well on what he was going to do, very efficient and answered all of my questions. Quality of work is important and quality was fine but again, the trust value is as important. Great job and highly recommend.

Technician was very helpful to find a solution to my tenant's issue that was causing frequent tripped breakers in the kitchen. I look forward to working with him again to install two new circuits.

Eric was very professional and friendly. Prompt and very efficient. Knowledgeable when explaining what he was doing. He replaced an old ceiling light with a string switch. The job did not take him very long at all. Based on all the above, his being upfront about his pricing, plus his kindness, I will definitely call Crown Electric again for any electrical work I need help with.
