Definitely need to upgrade their staff and customer service. They were quick to dismiss us, even though no one was there and it was three hours before league was starting. We had to wait 10 minutes before anybody was there to help and then we were turned away. Definitely not a family environment as we had 2 small excited kids.

Looks like this place is outdated. Bowling alleys and all the equipment is old. Food is alright.
