      image Great bank when it was Partnership...
      BankFirst is a joke. I travel for work and reaching card services when fraud charges are on your card is impossible after hours. Not to mention that none of the fraud charges were caught until I noticed. In the past I’d get text messages. Customer service is often rude or transfers you to a voicemail instead of handling a customer. There are better banks!
