        We purchased a quarter mix of beef and some whole chickens with a scheduled trip to the farm. What great hosts and a beautiful location. The grass fed/finished beef and pasteurized chickens have flavor and tenderness that cannot be beat. The beef sticks are awesome, the beef (bacon) makes a great BLT, breakfast sandwich or as a side in its own. Thank you for the hospitality and we look forward to more great meats!
