    Very shady establishment. Office is in an industrial building and looks condemned. No one ever answers the phone or responds. No one is ever in the office and they tell you that you cant not come to the office or meet I person. I feel very uncomfortable that I have gave my personal info to this so called company.

    I wished I had read all these reviews before making the decision to rent from homepath. I was in an hurry to move in because my tenancy was due at my old house. When they showed me the unit I liked it but wasn't paying attention to details until I moved in omg! I am so sorry for my kids right now so many things are left uncompleted and after I talked to the manager she said it is my responsibility to find a hanger for my bathtub, I could not open the mail box because it is jammed she said I have to do it this is not even my fault . The old tenant mails are full inside this mail box they don't care to off load it before renting out to me the plaster around the bathtubs are already coming , the toilet cover already came off just within 5 days moving into my unit. The sliding doors are not locking and anyone can come in from outside. Please don't rent from this people

    We were relocating from across the country. Unfortunately we didnt have the opportunity to view rental in person. At first we were very pleased with all those helping us get the perfect place for our situation. I specifically asked the question am I getting the exact rental at the exact address I see listed on your website . Their answer was yes. We drove across the country only to find they took down the listing after we signed a year lease and we DID NOT GET THAT EXACT LISTING! The original listing showed white cabinets ours had gray. The original listing showed a finished basement WE DID NOT GET A FINISHED BASEMENT! Their reply you must have read the wrong listing. They have you!!! We paid a years lease up front!! And they lied!! PLUS there is No finished landscaping or driveway!!!! DONT LIST A PROPERTY AS finished when its NOT!!! Their answer to that it might be finished by end of summer!!! All in all we feel betrayed by this company because none of this was disclosed prior to us signing a lease. Unfortunately as I stated we were unable to see it in person. I feel they should have told us the listings are just general you dont actually get what is pictured!!! And they could have told us about the dirt piles & no driveway installation! Im guessing at this point we gave them our money and our lease will come & go and they wont install drive or landscaping. Theyll just keep passing it off to the contractors fault . Be smarter than us!!!! Ask a friend to research it for you if you cant view in person!!! Know what youre getting!!! They didnt disclose the truth to us. Now we sit here no yard just dirt piles and contractors trash in yard and no driveways. I have however reached out the town authorities to see what recourse we have on a timeline for the cities rules on landscaping and sidewalks & driveways to be installed. Waiting for their response.
