I made a call requesting an estimate for a new water heater and they responded very quickly the same day. An installer came out to the home a day later on time and ready. He was friendly, very professional and knowledgable. All of my questions/concerns were addressed & the process went seamlessly. I highly recommend Midwest Water Heater & will definitely be calling them again in the future for other properties/future needs.

In a world where individuals are quick to review people and companies based upon a poor experience, it is equally (if not more important) to praise individuals and companies who provide an exceptional experience. During a busy and hectic schedule, I contacted Midwest Water Heater about replacing my water heater and additional plumbing needs. The team was: timely, respectful, patient, and attentive in answering my questions, providing a solution, and getting the job done right. The team that came out was extremely professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar experience! In business, one dissatisfied customer may tell 15 people, and a satisfied customer may tell 5. I felt it only right (given they went above and beyond) providing such a remarkable experience in every step of the way; that I share a positive review based upon a recent experience.
