We thought we needed vents cleaned. Usually, this can cost hundreds of dollars depending on who you use and size of the job. I don't know what someone else would do, but Abner the owner came over the day after I contacted Yelp for contractors. He came out and told us after looking at our furnace that it was clean and we don't need his services! I was amazed. He then advised us by telling us he would do this and his staff as well to be honest and forthright. This is what a business should be doing. Help people, do right by people and if you do the work, which he informed us, would be done or redone until correct. I don't know what the cost would be if he had to do the work for us, but I was impressed with his words, actions and information. He returned after advising us that the furnace should be sprayed with a deterrent to prevent mold and came back to do the job for us the next day. Wonderful. 5 star quality business practice.
