        We recently had a runner installed on our new raised ranch entry stairs by Floor 360. Alyssa was a great help in selecting the carpet. She was excellent to work with and also helped with flooring throughout our whole house. Jesse and Tarik, the installers came out twice, first to make the template and second to install. They did such a great job, and were very professional and friendly. They were totally comfortable with our two big dogs overseeing the work from the top of the stairs. The edges of the runner were expertly serged by Jim, although we did not meet him. The runner looks beautiful and sturdy, and we are very appreciative of the professionalism shown by this team.

        Floor360 - Kelly (sales), Matt/Eldorado (upstairs rug install), Jesse/Tarik (stairwell and runner install) and Jim (surging) specifically - have been a dream to work with! Kelly has made the selection and measurement process so easy. Matt and Eldorados professionalism and kindness during installation was great. They ensured everything was perfect (and even kept a low noise level while a baby was sleeping). And Jesse and Tarik were beyond kind, detail oriented and clean. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you all!

        I couldnt be happier with the service we received for a new install of a stair runner. We started at other stores, where we received no help or advice. Kelly was quick to help us and grabbed the perfect pattern that fit our taste and style of our home. Shes so kind and easy to work with. Jesse and Tarik did a great job with the installation. They were so respectful and became great friends with my dog . I never got to meet Jim, but he did a beautiful job binding and surging. I highly recommend Floor 360!
