After two years of countless appointments with various Neugologists, Spinal Doctors, Emergency Room physicians, and my PCP, my long journey ended with Dr. Purath. She is an amazing Neurologist who took time to listen and get the treatment I needed to heal from a spinal fluid leak. I had migranes for over two years and I was getting nowhere with anyone. She provides great care, listens intently, and really cares about her patients. I am so thankful that I have her on my side for my care. Thank you Dr. Purath and staff. I highly recommend her to anyone who suffers from headaches and migranes.

The doctor is very nice, just getting to her is very complicated. Her staff is very unhelpful and don’t have customer service skills at all! They make you feel like everything is up to you to take care of from making sure insurance is correct, to the pharmacy running everything through correctly. That is a headache in itself!! I have left that facility and her staff seemed more excited than anything. They will even turn you away if they messed up your Botox order and you (the patient) gets the pharmacy to overnight! Just save yourself a lot of stress and go to a different doctor.

Doctor spoke soft and stung like a bee. Not professional, Look elsewhere (Froedtert Medical College has great Doctors for Migranes) I live by the Biblical saying, Do unto others as you would do unto yourself. This needs to be the mission statement of ALL doctors. Why Dr. Traci did you say to me in a raised voice "let me tell you every person walking through that door is suffering, AND EVERYONE OF THEM GOES TO WORK"? It's 4 years on and I've had a migraine everyday since, Every day! As you wrote in my visit note for that day, that I was able to cope with the headaches. Well some of us as we age loose the ability to cope as we once could. It's great though that I suffer and got no support from you. Readers - Again Find another doctor, especially if you need anything to do with disability. Even my partial disability which aloud me to still work, she wouldn't look at it. I showed the paper during my visit, it was a 1/2 page form, a couple lines and a signature. It's not like mooching off the system, this was a benefit that I was paying for myself out of my personal wages. Thanks doc, it amazes me how in over 15 of being in business serving hundreds of residents here in Wisconsin all but 1 of my customers loved me. Well shame on you, you should have your staff support you in filling out patient forms especially if the patient asks. Years ago I had to contact the Legal Dept with the State of Wisconsin, the Agent said in conversation - "99% of people are honest maybe even more". Traci it takes a lot of courage for patients to ask their doctor for help, be compassionate and you will become a better neighbor/wife/doctor. Well to all reading this - Be sure and Google Dr. Purath I'm sorry but some of the other reviews were just as bad if not worse. I give her this, you can't please everyone but you can at least have mercy on those around you especially if they are suffering.
