Mike was such a pleasure to work with. We are first time home buyers so we were unsure what to even look for. Mike went above and beyond with our first ever home inspection. He offered plenty of advice and helpful tips and tricks along the way - even answered all of my questions from start to finish. Which I tell you, I had a lot! His communication, patience, hospitality, and punctuality are all top notch. Being a first time home buyer, I was unfamiliar with the process. It became very overwhelming and worrisome at times. I was so thankful when my realtor referred me to "Prahl's Premier Home Inspection." Mike made the process very easy, affordable and efficient. I even learned a few things about my new home along the way. Within 24 Hours, I received an electronic copy of my inspection and I was able to complete the purchase of my new home. I was satisfied with how Mike was so knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing, when I had questions. I probably had too many questions, but he was very patient with with me.
