Chase Bank

9:30 0n a Saturday and place is dark, doors locked and drive through closed... signs on the door say it is closing July 27, lobby open only by appointment, so what gives

Terrible customer service. You cant get anything done at this bank without some sort of hoop jumping. I've been with this bank for 6 years and nothing has changed. I'll be closing my account for sure.

One of the best experiences Ive had at a Chase branch. I came in at 3:45 to send a wire transfer and Teressa immediately helped me. Her service was 10/10 and was hustling to that wire sent out before 4pm. Cant say thanks enough to Teressa and the teller working for going above and beyond to help me out. I wish they worked at my local branch in Miami, FL lol.

The manager is unprofessional and rude! I hate going to this branch. Get better management and people and maybe youll have a good team.

Only a couple workers are worth dealing with. Manager and the rest of the staff have a attitude and horrible customer service. Switching my bank deposits from chase. Tried giving counterfeit money back after obtaining it, newsflash, your a bank your suppose to keep the counterfeit money and report it, not give it back as a option. Not the brightest crayons in the box.
