        Even though there is supposedly a draft, the teams are based on who you know. Unless you have a connection, don’t waste your time. Many of the players have sponsored ads on the ball fields. The all-star team is picked based on who you know, not actual talent. The “championship” game had 12 year old umps who “knew” people from certain teams. Painful.
