Dishonest West Ridge office staff (Tina) will lie to your face about security deposits. And, God forbid a loved one should die while under lease: They'll stick it to you in the rent and security deposit return. Legal? Probably. Ethical and moral? Not even close. Avoid this sketchy business and @GlencoProperties. If your loved one resides here and passes, immediately shut down the automatic debit --IMMEDIATELY -- and call corporate.
