Our experience with representative Sarah Amaya was amazing. She did the inspection and within months we had a new roof and siding. Sarah was not pushy at all. She has an amazing way of helping people with their home repair needs. She kept in contact with us throughout the whole process..Sarah let us know when the materials were going to be dropped off and when the work was going to be done. The contractors were amazing too. We had a wicked hail storm come through and it damaged my siding and my roof. Sarah from Ameri-pro was walking around the neighborhood (as were many contractors the day after the storm). I flagged her down and started to talk about my damage and what needed to happen. She assessed my home and determined the siding was damaged and should be replaced and from what she could see of the roof from the ground, the same assessment, replace the roof. She called my insurance company and got the ball rolling. Now, approximately 6-7 weeks later, I am looking at new siding and a new roof all completed by Ameri-Pro. I was the first one on my block to get anything done, let alone have my entire home finished while my neighbors waited for their contractors. Sarah was texting me throughout the entire process and stopped out personally to make sure the siding was done correctly as she knew I was out of town. My old farmhouse looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with the Job that Ameri-Pro and their teams did on the siding and roofing. I just wanted to say what an AMAZING experience it was purchasing brand new AMAZING roof was with the best sales rep ever Sarah!!! From start to finish she was on top of everything. She made the process so easy even though I feel like I had so many questions she assured me I didn't. Her customer service level one of the best I have encountered in a very long time and I recommend her as the sales rep and AmeriPro Roofing for all your roofing needs.
