        This guy is a complete slum lord. Horrendous properties with mold and leaks, horrible tenants that are loud and disrespectful and management that will not address any of the issues. Stay away if you can.

        Run down apartment didn't like to fix anything and wants you to fix exsiting problems with apartment before you move out and charges you for it would not recommend anyone renting from him
