STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I hired this law firm to handle a accident case here in Milwaukee. The law firm dragged their feet on handling the case, didn't respond to us in a timely manner. A simple case took three years to try and settle. In the end Aiken & Scoptur told us the most they could get for our case was 30K, when I wouldn't accept that offer Aiken & Scoptur walked off the case saying I had a bad image for court and they didn't want to represent me. I took my case and called the insurance company myself and thirty days later settled for FOUR TIMES the amount that Aiken & Scoptur could get. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE, JUDGEMENTAL LAW FIRM

I was badly injured and needed exceptional representation - not those lawyers you see on tv who seem to only care about money and not their clients. I found Aiken and Scoptur online and contacted them. They met with me right away and explained the entire process to me. I especially liked that I met with an attorney, not an "investigator," to discuss my case, and that any time I called and asked to speak with my attorney, he got to talk to him right away or got a call back within the hour - not a call back from a secretary or paralegal. I also liked that I got to meet with the paralegal who would be working on my case, and liked the feel of a smaller firm, handling a big case, because throughout the whole process I knew the attorney handling my case was the one working on the file and working on it diligently. I highly recommend Aiken & Scoptur.
