Love going to Chic Nail spa for my pedicures and manicures. Chic Nail Spa is reasonably priced and Mary keeps this establishment running like a well oiled machine. When you walk in, youre greeted by Mary and she offers you a beverage. Depending on what youre having done, you can pick a color for a manicure, pedicure or both. Make your way to a massage chair for a pedicure and start it up. You can choose between three different pedicures. Once youve finished your pedicure Mary will find you a spot at someones station to get started on your nails. You can choose between regular manicure, acrylic, Dip, Gel, you name it, they can do it. I usually get acrylics and some design, they always leave me feeling satisfied. If you want a design I recommend having a picture ready on your phone for what youre looking for. I have never had to wait to have any work to be done. I do recommend making an appointment over walking in, although they will try to accommodate you as best they can.

I walked through the door to see a very empty salon no customers hardly but several employees and I was asked how can I help you only to be told they are very busy with appointments not please sit and wait like other Salons or any type of time frame come back later perhaps but we cant help you. This was very poor customer service and Im disappointed that I even tried to give them my money.
