Service super slow. Food came out luke warm and tasted mediocre at best. Drinks sat forever at bar. They tasted watered down and milkshakes were melted and separated. Server couldn't get our order right. Super disappointed with our experience and will not be coming back. I recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.

The service and atmosphere is never the reason why I come to Red Robin. It's always the food. As a gluten free person, this is my jam. I can eat as many french fries as I want and have a Cheeseburger. And the second best thing Is there choices for the whole family..... chicken nuggets for the kids. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

I was dining alone and after being seated, I was promptly ignored for close to fifteen minutes. Just as I was gathering my things to leave, someone finally came over & asked if I wanted something to drink. I responded that I've been ready to order & she said she would send someone over & asked again if I wanted something to drink. Since this lady wasn't attired in any type of uniform, I can only assume it was a manager although I'll never know as she never offered her name nor explanation as to why I waited so long for anyone to come to my table. I ordered my shake & when she returned with it, SHE then took my order. Only after she left did an unnamed waiter finally come to my table & ask if I was ready to order, roughly TWENTY minutes after I'd been seated and when I said my order was taken, his only response was "sweet" as he walked away, again with no apology or explanation about the delay. My food was fine, but it certainly wasn't "$24.00 fine" for simply a bacon cheeseburger, fries & a shake. The absolute lack of customer service was ridiculous, especially given that the restaurant was half full, at most. Despite being a dedicated 20% - 25% tipper even when service is just standard at a restaurant I left zero tip today, without hesitation.
