I've worked with Lothair on numerous occasions to both purchase and sell properties. He is knowledgeable of the region, the process, and can see many of the problems of a property before you hire an inspector. On the deals that we've made, I've gotten to see how other parties' real estate agents work in comparison to Lothair. He's available, realistic, knowledgeable, experienced and willing to go the extra mile to make sure a deal gets done. In this pandemic era, in a business that is traditionally person to person, he's been able to pivot to a process that is much more virtual and technology-based, but without losing the personal touch and experience that he always provides. As a bonus, he has great contractors as contacts that I've used multiple times on different projects. Their work is very high quality as well. My experience with 'rock stars' in different industries, is that once they are in demand, they no longer as available to work with everyone. In Lothair's case, no matter how busy he is, he will make you feel like your deal, is the only one that is important to him.

Lothair is always available for his clients. When walking through a home, he can tell you what issues will come up with the inspection. He is invaluable when buying or selling a home. Hes honest and wont let you down. Ive recommended him to 4 other couples and he has found them all a home that they love.
