        first time using the service, the technician introduced himself and provided information regarding the fertilizer product He was using along with whether or not rain would dissolve the product (although it was not raining). Quick professional and polite very nice first impression!

        As a new customer, it's still early for me to tell if our lawn is fully benefitting, but I can say with confidence that Weed Man's Customer Service has been EXCELLENT - leaps and bounds ahead of other services/businesses we've tried. I've spoken to Russell, Samantha, and Mohammed, and each one has given me friendly and unrushed time to go over any account and payment concerns, as well as my many technical lawn-related questions. So far, these folks seem to be honest, direct, and realistic with our lawn concerns, so I have high hopes.
