His emails consist of texting lingo, cuss words, and terrible grammar. Some of the subject lines of emails he's written to me are, "Molly???" and "Please reply..". It sounds creepy and stalkerish. (Fyi, I did reply to him but he kept sending the emails.). Please choose a different agent than him.

I emailed David by mistake (my condo association gave me his email accidentally) and he sent a rude, unprofessional reply. I emailed him back and apologized, and he again replied with a rude email. I can't fathom how this man works with the public.

Emails are never sent with a greeting or a closing, usually just a few words answer. He showed up an hour early to a meeting at our home (it was 8 AM and we were in our pajamas) and he asked to come into our home despite his mistake and our being woken by his arrival. He told me multiple times that he made a requested change to a policy that he never made. (Am Fam will be refunding me at least $180 for his error, thankfully I caught it.) He repeatedly sends emails to an address with my name spelled wrong, even though I remind him every time of the correct spelling. He has been my family's insurance agent for 14 years and he is absolutely awful.
