Poor followup with a Workers Compensation Claim threw the Mayo Health System Wisconsin. Doctor Donald Bodeau in Eau Claire, Dr Lane Woldum in Chippewa Falls family practice. After a very costly and painful workers compensation claim. The suergan was let go after my back surgery. Along with myself having no access to my followup health care threw Mayo System Wisconsin. Along with no followup after Mayo Rochester, Minnesota... Now has revolving into other stuff.

My case worker doesn't call you back, if you have dirrct deposit they will cancel it plus you don't know when you will get a paper check if you go that way
