Stayed here last year for a volunteer gig and had a great time with a great room and service! Decided to give it a go again this year when working at the No Regrets Conference at nearby Elmbrook Church. Everything was pretty much the same as last year. The only "oops" was a bad looking patch job on the tub. We pointed it out to staff, who looked surprised that it had slipped past maintenance. Was no big deal for us; just looked bad. Everything worked just fine! Room was clean and comfortable! A big shout-out to whatever women's basketball team was staying that weekend - you folks were perfect guests & neighbors! We didn't even hear the bus pull out! Class Act, Y'all!

Absolutely lovely hotel. I stayed here once before, and forgot to review. Very nice and clean. Checkin was quick and efficient. Close to tons of restaurants and shops.

Found this place thru an app on my phone... Great rate!!! The room was spacious and was close to everywhere I needed to be!!! Will stay here again!!!

This was a little staycation for my daughter and I. Planned to swim and enjoy a nice over night just us. Pool was cool and so murky my daughter was scared and wouldn't swim for longer than 5 minutes. Plus they listed whirlpool, but there wasn't one. Went up to take hot shower to warm and had no hot water! When called they said no one could help until tomorrow. We were standing there wet, freezing cold and they suggested we move to new room, which was silly as only there one night and already unpacked. We just put on PJs and snuggled up. Went to get us ice, and ice machine didn't work! Had to go down to other floors to find one that worked. When mentioned at checkout, the girl said our engineer was sick that day and thank you for bringing to our attention. No apologies no or even any sympathy. My daughter was so disappointed. I will not be returning or suggesting this place to anyone who visits.
