      Hi Kim. We don't clean drapes because they hang in the sun all day and they sustain a lot of sun damage. We used to clean drapes but customers would bring them in and they would either discolor in the cleaning process or they would simply disintegrate because the fibers were so damaged by the sun. We eliminated this service because so many drapes were in such poor condition that we couldn't help people. So, I'm sorry we don't do drapes but I don't believe that should reflect poorly upon the services we do offer. I kindly ask that you reconsider giving us 2 stars because of a service that we don't offer. Most dry cleaners don't clean drapes so I don't think it is fair to hold it against us specifically because we don't offer this service.
