Brio Studios Brookfield - Dance

Just to confirm previous reviewers regarding the disappointed customer service. Our kid has so much fun with the classes she took at Brio and the teachers are amazing! However, the new management team/customer service are very disappointing. Poorly organized and delays in replying emails. They have changed schedules multiple times, so we have to reschedule other things around their times. In their emails, you can see lots of advertisement about purchasing more events, class, product etc, but you could not find the details of the classes, recitals, or even worse that you won't know they cancel the class until you arrived on time for the class.

Unfortunately this studio is not a good place for dancers . They are unorganized and only care about their image. They are extremely overpriced for what you receive. My daughter was injured many times during her training in the teams program. There was very little done to ensure the safety of the dancers. Overall this is not a good studio if you want your child to have a good dance education. I have also heard from the staff that they pay very poorly and treat their staff badly. It is very sad what has happened to what could be a great studio.

Why is it like pulling teeth to get my refund? Do yourself a favor and don't give these people your credit card number unless if you want to get charged without authorization AND have to fight to get it reversed. Deplorable.

The teachers at Brio are wonderful. Our daughter had such fun with the dance and art classes she took. The customer care is very disappointing. Our experience left us feeling neglected and frustrated after receiving emails every single day about more and more things to sign up for and purchase but no actual service when it came to helping with questions or concerns.
