They did fix my issue in the end so I'm happy about that. It was a retrofit of a new part with a very old boiler. What left me wanting is a lack of knowledge in advance (most of my questions were met with "I'm not sure" or "it depends"). I even asked a simple question about how to fill my boiler and I never got a clear answer. When things weren't going great for a minute the tech was getting pretty irritable. We're human so I get it but as far as customer service goes it's so so. Last thing I'm left uncomfortable with is the materials were said to be more expensive than the initial consideration but the invoice itemized nothing. The materials were a very round number and no receipt was ever provided. I emailed the company and am still awaiting some kind of response. At the least I would like the receipt so I know what parts have been added to my equipment.
At the end of the day the problem is fixed. I will likely call someone else next time though, especially come time to replace the boiler entirely.
