Source One has been a perfect solution for our technology needs. We are a small organization (a church), and we appreciate so much about the service we receive. First, Zach is very responsive. We've never had to wait very long for an answer and the help we need. Second, the network they installed has been remarkably reliable. A year into this build, and we have had zero service calls on it! Third, the ala carte pricing is perfect for our organization. I highly recommend them!

The vast improvements in recent years to the stability, security, and performance of our network is largely the result of the tenacity and expertise of Source One Technology. Our department now has the time to concentrate on improving the educational technology experiences for our staff and students instead of constantly putting out preventable fires and researching upgrades. Amazingly, this has all been done with a courteous customer service focused on getting things to work instead of constantly upselling unnecessary products.

I dont have IT issues; I have Source One Technology. Jesse and the team are great, I call they show...! and I never have to call about the same issue twice. About 5 years ago (as of this post) we followed a tech over from another provider, we meet several more team members over the years and have had a great experience every time on every project. Prices are good, service is quality - I highly recommend the team at Source One Technology.
