The staff is great and caring I just wish it wasnt so far out but other than that I like it there. Place was clean equipment was clean nice and quiet. Dr. Dereck is nice, caring and very informational.

I have only been at Chiro One for just over a week. The staff is awesome. Dr. Thiel is very knowledgeable and eager to get the right treatment plan for your needs. Thanks Chiro One staff for treating me with the utmost respect! Kudos

They were able to offer physical therapy exercises that helped more than other clinics I had been to. Improved health is noticable going into 3rd week from start of treatment. after 7 years of recurring injury it feels like the risk has been reduced.
It would be nice to get more personal progression feedback i.e. consultations, although Dr derrick and lance have always been available to answer requests for info. Most visits consist of using the equipment and getting adjusted. It does feel like they might be slightly understaffed

Found Chrio One at the Nari Home Show. They lured my husband in with a Wellness Exam Offer at a special price of $20. He scheduled the appt to go with the offer. Once there, they didn't even acknowledge the offer. They immediately charged him $271! They claimed that we had insurance claims pending, yet when I spoke to my insurance company, nothing was ever sent in. They charged thousands of dollars, that they were not authorized to charge. When we realized what was happening, we immediately called, emailed, left messages, my husband even went to their office. They said they could give us a partial refund, as insurance was still pending (nothing is in process with insurance even yet). After additional calls, emails and voicemails to their patient advocacy dept with NO response, I'm taking matters in a different direction!! SUCH A SCAM!!!
