        Bank sucks if something happens after 5 pm and your card freezes or is locked magically there's no one to call for any help untill the next business day. This is just one of the many many many many reasons not to bank here

        Tried to use ATM last night. The ATM returned my card along with a receipt saying unable to dispense at this time. It then restarted without dispensing any money. I tried to dispute this with my bank, but they said there is nothing they can do since it was a PIN transaction and it appears to have gone through. This ATM has been out of order one way or another many other times, but it this is the first time it went through without dispensing anything. Ive gone here due to how close this bank is to my home- I had been planning on switching over to them as they were close and I needed a brick and mortar bank for some commercial things my online bank can no longer handle , however Im glad I got a preview on what a headache dealing with this bank would be before committing to that switch.

        The bank manager refused to notarized my legal documents. Then she lied and said her notary expired today.
