I usually dont post reviews, but felt I needed to in this case. When you join eClub you receive a free Bundtlet on your birthday. Unfortunately, I moved 3 1/2 hours away and dont get to Brookfield very often. My birthday is in Dec. I came to the area in Feb, which I know isnt my birthday month. I havent been able to get my bundtlet for many years. I thought they might be understanding and honor the bundtlet, but they didnt. I dont go in for the free bundtlet only. I was planning on picking up several more. I have given this franchise a lot of business prior to moving. Unfortunately, they have permanently lost my business and I wont recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered 4 of the bundtlets the night before for a birthday. When I arrived for pickup everything was ready to go and packaged nicely. Everyone loved having their own flavor cake, all in all a nice experience.
