Horrible customer service I have been working with Lindsey on returning my overpayment and she does not return calls and when she returns emails shes very vague!! Ive been waiting on check since 2/1 we are in the same state and today is now 2/26!!! Quick to take the money slow to give it back!! I will never settle a debt with this office!! Glad they have to return my funds!!! Amelia

if i could give these people -0 i would. Never satisfied the only of our debts that is always harrassing l, threatening and always thinking of themselves before humans living paycheck to paycheck. The original debtor of the bill in question was more than willing to work with us easier. These people took tent money from us through a garnishment WHILE we began bankruptcy. They are the only a holes to cause an issue in this process. Thankfully the garnishment is being stopped with aid of clearing the debt by a benefactor who is loaning it. Good riddance DOBBERSTEIN. Shame on you.
