This is NOT a good place to work. Everyone in the facility is family. It's very cliquey, & very unwelcoming. They act as if you have to be initiated or jumped in to be apart of the team. There's NO teamwork. The management is basically all siblings. The staff micromanage the staff. The indirectly talk about you instead of coming to speak to you about a problem. You can be minding your business doing your work & they still find a way to pick with you. You can see the sonority & favoritism a mile away. They will always have a problem keeping staff. 0-10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Our mom receives great care from Latoya and her staff in Generations (memory care) at Heartis Brookfield. They treat mom with compassion and respect. Kudos to Natasha, Alyssa, Tanisha, Kalisha, Jamia, Jasmine, Kendria, Haley, Greg, Teon, Maria, & Sharron. They are a 5-star team.

My wife and I went through the journey of helping our mothers move into senior living communities a number of years ago - even before I began my later life career as a senior living consultant. For the past nine years, I've been blessed to work as a Director of Sales and Marketing for four wonderful senior living communities. My current community is Heartis Village Brookfield, easily the finest of the places I've worked. Yes, the building is beautiful and just over three years old, but it's what goes on inside that makes it easy to come to work every day. The culture of Heartis is what first sold me, and continues to define this place as warm, caring, fun and real. Team members who want to be here, enjoy working here. I've been doing this long enough to know the difference and it's this simple: happy staff equals happy residents. We have happy residents. No community is perfect but we strive to be better than yesterday - every day. When we focus on the residents and their families a positive experience can be shared by all.

This community is truly amazing. Even though my mom chose not to live here(she chose independent living), the building was clean and Beautiful. Ross was very attentive and informative with the entire process. Definitely would recommend Heartis to everyone.
