Not bad they gave me wrong meal but it was ok

Last week I stopped at this location 3 times for iced coffee. Who ever the manager is you are doing a Great job recruiting your workers! All 3 times I was very impressed by how fast and polite they all were. In todays age that is not the norm. Your young ppl are going above and beyond with the customer. Everyone is fast to tell you when you did something wrong. I wanted to take a min and say, GREAT JOB! - signed .... the lady in the Green log truck.

Drove through for breakfast. My screen was doing the order for the person in the next lane. When I went to pick the food up I asked for 1 salt and then asked if I had napkins. Often they forget that. The woman became irritated and said we always give napkins rolled her eyes and turned away. My food was hot and I did receive 1 salt.

My husband and I ordered their the other day and we both got very sick I made a phone call to them and they don't care told me they cannot do nothing about it I will not go there again this is McDonald's in Berlin

This place is ridiculous. They can't put a simple order together. Ended up with a ton of issues with my meal and then when I finally got fed up because the last draw was that I paid extra for certain things in my meal and they did not provide them. I asked for a refund because I don't think I need to be spending my money at a place that can't even get a simple order correct and the manager said that they're unable to provide refunds. I know McDonald's can provide refunds but frankly I think she's just not right enough to figure out how. Save your money, go somewhere else. It's just not worth it.
