        My furnace has been intermittently cutting out during the night and I wake up to find my house at 60 deg. or colder in the morning. I have a home warranty that contacted Arch for the diagnosis and repair. I was originally set up with an appointment on a Monday. The Tech was a no call/no show for the appointment. Called the next day and was told there would not be another appointment until Wednesday. I accepted the next available appointment. My window was 12-3 on Wednesday. The technician texts me at 2:45 that they're having vehicle trouble and will not be able to make it to my house. I'm to reschedule my heating issue for another day.... NOPE! called warranty company and got Rockford Heating and Cooling to come out immediately. Thanks for wasting my time Arch heating and cooling. In the long run you probably saved me some hassle after looking at the other 1 star ratings on here!!

        If I could give them 0 stars I would because this is a very unprofessional business. After calling and leaving multiple messages over a week to set up an appointment for the work they were contracted to do through the home warranty my home has. I finally decided to show up in person one morning and they were shocked to see me but took down my information, even set up the appointment for them to come out the next day. They never showed up. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

      We apologize for any miscommunication which occured during this process. The temperatures were quite chilly the day your appointment was set which made servicing air conditioning somewhat unsuccessful. The tech stdid say he tried to contact you which it appears you didn't his message. Once again we apologize for the miscommunication on this.
