    If I could I would give it 0 stars, very bad service, I don't recommend anything about the place, no money transfers, no haircuts, nothing to go there is to waste time and money, they do a bad job on everything.

    I went today for the second time for a perm for my son. On Friday I also went to get a perm for my youngest son and today I went for my oldest son. As soon as we sat down, the stylist asked me when I went because I told her that I had just gone to get a perm for my youngest son. I told him that I only went on Friday. Then she went to talk to the cashier/receptionist. I'm almost 100% sure he was going to ask how much I paid. Well, at the end of the service that I went to pay for, he told me that it would be $90 dollars, which was exactly what I paid for my youngest son. I asked why if it was just the perm there was no cut. Just like on Friday I was charged today when another perm is the same. The only difference was that when I went on Friday I paid for a perm for the youngest of my children and a cut and today I only asked for the perm for my oldest son. They both have the same amount of hair on top and are only one year apart in age. The receptionist/cashier went to talk to the stylist and when she came back she told me that each stylist charges differently. It seemed to me that he only wanted to charge me the same amount because that was what I paid the last time but this time there was no cut involved. I felt like I was scammed and I won't go back there. They don't have fixed prices and are just looking to scam people, they are clearly hungry for money. I paid the 90 again for just a perm this time and I still tipped the stylist out of politeness but I won't go back there. I went today for the second time again in a week, for a perm for my son. Good evening miss Ana. I am so sorry to hear about what has happened. I understand that the permanent was two different prices with different services. Yes indeed the receptionist was correct, The barbers & hair stylists all have different prices most of the time. I have also spoken with the employee and they had brought up that your oldest son's hair is very thinned out, which caused trouble to prepare it for the treatment.
The price may vary depending on the amount of hair, length of hair & combination of services. Again I'm sorry for what has happened today. You are always welcome to come back in and speak with the owner regarding the issue
Good afternoon Miss Ana. I am very sorry for what has happened. I understand that the permanent one had two different prices with different services. Yes, in fact, the receptionist was right. Barbers and stylists have different prices most of the time. I also spoke with the employee and they told me that their oldest son's hair is very thinning, which caused problems preparing him for treatment.
Price may vary depending on hair quantity, hair length and combination of services. Once again I am sorry for what happened today. You are always welcome to come back and talk to the owner about the problem.
