Very rude went this morning trying to get highlights the lady Holly started almost screaming telling me we dont do walk in appointments you need to schedule here so if you need anything done make a appointment before you come and not only did she yell and was very rude she made me wait why she played on her phone for like 4 mins I dont recommend this place to anyone with the bad attitude they have in there if Holly doesnt like her job she shouldnt be working there

The lady didnt know how to do a simple fade, she asked her coworker every 5 min about one thing or another. The back wasnt even blended, I pointed this out and she barely improved it. I asked for a few inches trimmed off the top and she missed some spots where the hair is now longer than others. I even had to explain how to trim the sides, and its her job to understand how to cut a simple style. Going to a real barber to fix, no tip and definitely not recommending this place or going there again.

The first time was great but it needs more blonde but the last two times I made a appointment the didn't write my name down but I made the call days before and the night before my appointment I called making sure I have the right time and they say yeah but I go there and they don't see my appointment.

I only went in for a trim but the conversation was great and they were very welcoming when I had never been to that stylist before
