        Been a hassle, charging me $2200+ for insurance, when I already have insurance? First Mid Band and trust has been horrible to deal with, and I never agreed to owe them for my mortgage. I miss Blackhawk Bank, they actually cared about their customers,

        Trying to transfer my IRA to another bank and they refuse to acknowledge receipt of request to do so. Unfortunately at the mercy of them as cant just withdrawal the money without penalty. They are the worst with customer service. Blackhawk was fantastic. The new owners are horrible!

        I AM WITH BLACKHAWKE FROM LAST 20 YEARS I TRY TO TRANSFER MY MONEY TO EXTERNAL BANK THERE IS NO FETURE IN NEW BANK THEN I CALL THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER TO CRANSTON STREE BRANCH BUT THEY DON'T HELP TO TRANSFER,THEY NEED MONEY

        After banking with Blackhawk bank for over 20 years they were bought out by first mid bank and trust and it shows. As I move my money from this financial institution to a different bank I would recommend no one start banking here. They are no longer a bank with helping customers in mind. It's unfortunately a Run of the mill box store bank.
