Lofts of Hawks Ridge

Apartment manager Chloe Schertzing is too busy sleeping with maintenance to actually do her job. I've put in multiple maintenance requests and they've all simply been ignored. It's a shame.

I've lived at the Lofts of Hawks Ridge for two years, and I must say it's been a fantastic experience. The apartments are great and very spacious and there are plenty of underground parking spots. They even offer storage areas for additional items. What's impressive is that, despite being fairly new, the management is constantly beautifying the place, both inside and outside. There are people here every day painting and decorating the common areas. Each building has an awesome fitness center and dogs are welcome. Management is strict about breeds and cleanliness. The management company has been pleasant to deal with and the maintenance staff is top-notch. The location is convenient with easy access to I43 and I90. Plus, the G5 Brewery restaurant is just across the street within walking distance. I love my short commute to work and plan on renewing another year.

Based on my experience living here from February 2021 - October 2022 it doesn't shock me they can't locate my records.
