        Attorney Robert Pretto was extremely helpful and navigated the web of insurance following a car accident for us. He very thorough in his explanation of approach. We were updated regularly whenever any correspondence occurred between the him and the insurance companies and responded promptly when we contacted him with questions. Attorney Pretto reached a settlement quickly, quicker than we were anticipating and for the highest amount possible in our case. We are very thankful for his help.

        Went here for some kind of over-the-phone thing between me & an attorney who was elsewhere. The people are the front desk were sort of personable, but the attorney herself, Gergen was very unpersonable! She was rude & short with me, walked out, and I never saw her again. Extremely rude!

      When people such as Maisie show up at my office in the context of my performing my duties as a court commissioner my role is very limited. I say the same thing to everyone, swear them in and leave the room. That is all I am allowed to do. I was no more friendly or unfriendly to Maisie than I am to anyone else who comes to my law office in this context. She is not my client and I perform no legal services for her. If she is commenting on my performance as a court commissioner, then perhaps she does not understand, despite my explaining it to her, what my role was on that day. My role in this context is as a magistrate and not an attorney.Therefore, this criticism is inappropriate as it has nothing to do with me as an attorney or with our law firm.
