        Online banking on both the browser and the app is too often not working properly. It seems to be during the most inconvenient times ie Thurs, Fri, Sat. This is completely unacceptable for a bank and causes people to lose trust in you. They seem to not be doing anything about it because this has been an issue for a very long time. The message that they put on the website to let you know it's down makes it seem like they really don't take you very seriously as a customer. It's not a joke summit, when I go online on MY time to bank I want to be able to know that I won't face any issues due to online performance. Be better Summit.

        They told me pay off community credit I'd get a loan lied then I was told I had the loan pick out a car!!!!!! Then nope you don't have a loal nice I will tell everyone I know

        It's just an ok place to bank, not all too impressed. The app and online banking is always down, especially on the weekend so there is no way to see your balance since nobody is there to take calls. Can be super unnerving. Says they cannot validate and/or access my account. Also, very low daily limit when sending money using Zelle. And I would suggest NOT updating any information on your account online or you will have to go to the branch and verify it in person. Pretty annoying
