What I like about NAPA they always have what I need. The guys working are friendly , courteous and know what I'm talking about.

My order somehow glitched out and the parts I ordered did not get sent to the store. When I called and asked the next day because the status was not updating and I wasnt receiving and email stating its ready they realized their was a problem and re ordered it saying it will arrive tomorrow morning. Before I called I got an email confirmation of the order but it would not show up on my account. Tried chatting with someone on the website and without even trying they said right away they cant help me with my order. Placed a second order for some other parts and at this point I dont trust the order status or email confirmation that its ready to pick up so called the store the next day to ask if it arrived and they said yes. I did not yet get an email for either order that it was ready to pick up. It was only after I had already picked it up that I got an email saying its ready. On top of all that when I get to the store I go up to the counter to the guy who calls me which I could not get his name because he was not wearing a name tag like the others whos tags I could see on their shirt. He was overweight is how I can describe him I guess. I go up and tell him I have some parts to pick up and he looks at me with such a look of disrespect and gives me the evil eye stare which I have no idea why and is acting and looking at me as if no one has ever come in and said they were there to pick up some parts. Just hostility right away for no reason. I was never rude on the phone when I called them. I did nothing to be given such a look. Im just an innocent guy coming in whos excited to pick up his parts so he can fix his car. Ill try to avoid this place as much as possible after all this hassle. Also I signed up for texts from Napa and never received a single text about my orders. Confirmation nor order ready to pick up texts.
