        I strongly do not recommend Pickett's. I asked for a septic pump three weeks prior. Said they were busy, but they would book me later and provide a courtesy call before coming out. They never called and I was surprised when they pulled in. They were upset that I didn't dig out the septic outlet, even though the person on the phone said that was optional. Then the guy refused to pull into the driveway because he said some low hanging leaves might scratch his truck and he REFUSED to even enter the driveway unless I significantly cut up my trees. Very unprofessional and rude behavior by the driver.
