Do not come to this store. The employees are not helpful and treat customers rudely. For some reason you cannot return some J Crew items there, although this is not listed anywhere online or in store. Stay away.

Ive been in retail for 5 years and if my team had this customer service we would have some re-training for everyone. Made it to the mens clearance section of a near empty store, and got nothing but a head nod. No hello, no welcome, and no good day on our way out. We where only stared at awkwardly as if we where stealing for our entire 10 min visit. Not sure if me and my wife looked like we didnt have money, or the staff wasnt motivated. But if you invest in training and customer service, youll see sales go up.
