Highly recommend! I was able to get an appointment set up with ease and the technician, Dylan, was absolutely wonderful! He called to see if he could come a little earlier since he was ahead of schedule, of course this was okay! He was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing. John and his crew have been great over the years, but our most recent experience takes the cake! Our furnace really needed to be replaced and I had gotten a quote prior to speaking with John. Much to our surprise, he ended up saved us THOUSANDS of dollars, and had it installed within days! Even with upgrading both the furnace and AC unit. He was up front and honest about everything he was doing. We didnt feel pressured to purchase anything we didnt really need like the first quote we had got. The guys also came back when the weather was nice enough to charge the AC. I Didnt have to call, they did exactly what they said they would. 10/10- would definitely recommend! Good small business. The owner is honest and they don't fluff up their prices with unnecessary stuff. They replaced my furnace and the crew was quiet, courteous, and got along well with my dog. They cleaned everything up and then the owner explained where all the manuals and paperwork was and how to use the new system.

This review is long over due. Our central air acted up in June, andJ & N Heating and Cooling was over the top amazing! They had someone come out right away and within a week installed a new, more efficient furnace and replaced a 30 year old central air unit. Their kindness was outstanding, but it was their patience with me that I am most grateful for because they explained things multiple times along the way. Last night, a tree near our house was struck by lightening, and we lost several electronics along with internet and other issues. There have been three different crews regarding OTHER issues out here today fixing things, but no need for J & N to make a visit because all is well with the heating and cooling. The electrician was impressed with the central air unit and the surge protection installed which saved it. Thanks again J & N. You are the best.
