Dickinson's insurance is a Progressive Insurance subcontractor who we bought car insurance through. I was told by their associate Stephanie that payments to our account can only be made when the new billing cycle starts about a week before due date. I made a payment of $464 which was taken 2 days before due date but was never applied. I'm glad I called to confirm coverage/payment, which was not accepted nor refunded back to my card I used! I first received cluelessness but assurances, then no call back, then unprofessionalism, anger and frustration from formentioned associate...then I was called a pompous a******. Another associate took over, and called their billing dept. (possibly)resolving the issue in less than 10 minutes which should have happened the week earlier. Stephanie obviously didn't care about the repercussions for us and needs to be terminated before innocent people are affected. That's what we pay for!

Always helpful and attentive to my needs. There was a transition in business operations about a year ago and they are keeping the tradition of providing great service.
