Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst customer experience ever. Went in for pants that was priced around $25 with specific measurements and design, the salesman was pushing a $100 pair that didn't meet anything near what I had asked for and then treated me like an idiot, got in my face when I said I needed the cheaper pair and started mocking me. Unprofessional and inappropriate. Needless to say I didn't get the pants and wont be back till they fix their staffs behavior. If you're reading this go to Scheels or zumis instead, both stores were more than welcome to help me out and I happily bought more than one pair of pants from each.(Totaled about $300 but I'm 5 pairs of pants richer)

Josh deserves a raise for his service on December 20th. I bought something from another store and the alarm was not deactivated properly so it beeped when we entered. Josh deactivated it for me. He also helped my friend pick out a hoodie in the style and size he wanted. We were joking around with him and he dealt with us flawlessly.

We have been to this Buckle many times, and every time Kyle has always been super helpful and patient with us, and has gone above and beyond to assist us! Every single time. Thank you Kyle!!!
