        They get a one star review due too the install "crew" and the lack of window quality. Installer left a mess to be cleaned up and I have had my house looked at and been told the install was subpar. After a year of having windows I've reattached metal flashing and honestly need to go around entire house and redo the caulk job, along with the windows that are supposed to be double pane rated allow more of a breeze through around the seems than than the old weighted single panes. I am sure the air flow will be blamed on the choice of black flashing as that is supposedly a bad choice, i do not believe flashing color is a good excuse for bad install.
