        The lady there is very rude and disrespectful to the guests that walk in. She doesn't greet anyone with respect and frankly I think I can speak for the vast majority of others that have witnessed the same. I think she needs to find a different job maybe McDonald's would suit her well.

        Terrible customer service- the guy working is very rude! Would recommend any other location! Does not help at all with any questions- even if no other customers, he refused to answer questions on how to do anything. He should be fired for how rude he is..

        Been waiting for 2 years to get a refund we are owed. Have tried 2 different tax companies to get what we are owed from the IRS. Its funny how they will garnish your wages if you owe them but theres no one to be found when the IRS owes you.

        I called to set up an appointment regarding a refund I was owed since 2021. When my called was finally answered a gentleman named Victor ask me what the appointment was for. When I stated why I was calling I was quickly disconnected.
